How to speed up your WordPress site on Safari/Internet Explorer

If you want to speed up the management of your blog, try installing Google’s Gears for Safari or Internet Explorer. Gears stores most of your blog’s images and CSS files on your computer.

Remember that Gears will only speed up your blog on your computer. Install and enable Gears from your WordPress admin area using the Tools tab. You will see a section called Turbo: Speed up WordPress. Click Install Now and follow the steps.
