If you have a maintenance package with We Push Buttons assistance is covered within our general agreement. We provide a standard turnaround time of 6-8 hours (during business hours EST).
If you don’t have a maintenance agreement, rest assured we’re still here to help but we do charge $125 per /hour with a normal turnaround time of 24 hours.
