Scheduling publications in WordPress
If you want to schedule a particular time and date of publication for a post, go to the admin area and click Posts > Add New. Once your post is completed, click the Edit button in the Publish section next to “Publish immediately“.
Choose a time and date, click OK and then Schedule. In this way you can schedule posts to be sent out at particular times without actually being near a computer.
