As the situation is changing by the hour, we wanted to provide you with an update about the plans we have in place to ensure that project work is still being completed and that we are still providing maintenance, security and phone support as required in these very difficult times.

It is our responsibility to keep our staff & clients safe and healthy and in doing so we have moved all meetings online as avoiding face-to-face contact is key to ensuring the virus doesn’t transmit.

Over the past 3 weeks we have been in several crisis meetings to discuss COVID-19 and business continuity planning considering the impact the virus has had in Australia.

With the outbreak of COVID-19, we have implemented safeguards that meet the Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines and have taken additional steps to minimise the risk of infection and the impact this may have.

As a technology based organisation we have been able to move all staff to work remotely ensuring our staff our safe but also able to service clients as per usual. Regardless of location our staff will still be able to provide our normal range of services to you.

In saying that we understand that most businesses don’t have the luxury of being able to move 100% online and work remotely. We are currently working on business continuity planning with dozens of companies in retail, freight, health sector, local government and member organisations about ensurign that companies can survive in these difficult times.

Over the next few weeks we are happy to assist with marketing and promoting your business as best we can to ensure that your clients and customers are better informed of how COVID-19 is impacted your business (and theirs). Please email for emergency assistance and if we can help in any way just ask.

You can be assured we are well resourced and prepared to continue to support your organisation during these difficult times and we are available as usual.

About Rob Jennings

When he found himself embroiled in a conversation with someone talking about their ‘customer-centric core competencies’ he realised it was time to create a Web Design Agency that was less about self promoting buzz-words and more about people and giving them the tools to understand the web.

The idea behind We Push Buttons was to create an environment where business owners can learn about building their organisation, whether it be with an outstanding website, SEO or any other marketing ideas. Coming from the art industry and online retail background he knows first hand the needs of growing a business in a tough environment.
