We were given the brief to simplify and standardise Michael’s previous site. We exported and imported content from Visual Composer which was a convoluted undertaking.
The site needed to be minimalist with a Northern European design sensibility. Michael wanted to mirror the look of Vogue and high fashion media. The design aesthetic was restricted to the scheme of black, white and grey, being the colour of his retail premises in Sydney, unifying his brand identity into a whole.
